We install Rheem and Ruud complete split systems: a two-stage variable-speed gas furnace paired with a matched evaporator coil and a 15 SEER2 outdoor condenser, all wired to a Honeywell WiFi thermostat. Where space allows, a Honeywell media air cleaner integrates into the return air for whole-home filtration.

What's a two-stage variable-speed furnace?
Instead of full-blast on/off cycling, a two-stage furnace runs on low most of the time and only ramps to high during deep cold. Pair that with a variable-speed blower and you get quieter operation, fewer hot/cold spots, and a real reduction on the heating side of your energy bill.
What does the media air cleaner do?
The Honeywell media cleaner sits in the return-air path and traps allergens, pet dander, and fine dust before they hit the coil and your living space. It only fits when there's enough room in the return — we confirm during the assessment.
What if my home needs more than 3 tons?
We install larger systems — pricing is quoted in writing during the assessment. The package above covers up to 3 tons.
What's NOT included?
Chimney liners, gas-line upsizing, electrical-panel upgrades, and major duct modifications are quoted separately if your home needs them. Everything in the included list is covered at the package price.
